The Kansas Legislature's audit office uses performance auditors to evaluate how effectively and efficiently government agencies and programs are working. Vacancies are filled at the entry level. Successful candidates must have a bachelors degree; a master's degree or significant graduate-level coursework is preferred. Disciplines considered relevant to performance audit work include, but are not limited to, business or public administration, political science, statistics, economics, law and the social sciences; must demonstrate excellent skills in data analysis, oral communication, and report writing; and must be comfortable working in a team setting. Preference given to candidates with strong computer skills. We are an equal opportunity employer.
